Your way to labiaplasty

From your first message to the day you fly home

A step-by-step guide for women who travel to Katowice for labiaplasty: how to get qualified, how long you wait, how to get here, where to stay and what recovery looks like day by day.

Online, in the clinic, or straight to surgery

Online consultation (recommended). Fill in the consultation form, tell me what you expect and attach photos. It is free and I reply personally. Once you are qualified we set a date and you come to Katowice only once, for the procedure itself.

Consultation in my clinic. If you have the time, I am happy to discuss everything in person before we plan the procedure.

Labiaplasty without any consultation. For women who cannot come twice and do not want to send photos. We arrange the date by e-mail or phone and you come on the agreed day. Because I do not know the scope of the procedure in advance, I have to reserve much more time, so the price is 50 percent higher than in the price list.

Setting the date

After qualification, online or in the clinic, we agree the date of your labiaplasty by e-mail. If something comes up and you let us know at least 7 days before the procedure, we simply move your date at no cost.

Why I operate on only two women a day

The labiaplasty I perform takes 3 to 3.5 hours. I also spend time with you before the surgery, to agree the exact scope, and after it, to go through the aftercare in detail. That is why I do two operations a day and never operate in the evening when I am tired.

Other techniques take 40 to 90 minutes, which is why some clinics can perform 8 to 10 procedures a day. Look at the before and after photos and judge for yourself whether a procedure done three times faster can give the same result.

Travelling to Katowice

I operate only in my clinic in Katowice, Poland, where I have the equipment, the trained team and the experienced assistance I trust.

  • Katowice airport (KTW), about 40 km from the clinic. Wizz Air, Ryanair and other airlines fly here from most large European cities. A taxi to the clinic costs about EUR 50.
  • Kraków airport (KRK), about 70 km. A taxi costs about EUR 80.
  • Warsaw airport (WAW), about 300 km, for patients flying in from outside Europe. From Warsaw you can rent a car, take the train (about 2.5 hours) or a short connecting flight to Katowice or Kraków.

I suggest arriving the day before the procedure so that you can rest after the journey.

How long do I stay after the procedure?

You choose one of two options:

  • 2 nights in a hotel (three days counting the day of surgery). You can go home on the fourth day, but you come back for a follow-up visit after 10 to 15 days.
  • 7 nights in a hotel. After a week you come to the clinic for a check-up and fly home the same day. No second trip is needed.

What to look for when booking accommodation

Make sure your room has a freezer, not just a fridge. After the procedure you receive a cold pack that has to be applied very often, and between applications it has to go back into the freezer.

The day of your labiaplasty

  • The procedure itself takes about 3 to 3.5 hours and you spend about 6 hours in the clinic.
  • It is completely painless. The only discomfort is a tired lower back from lying in one position for over three hours.
  • Afterwards you move to the recovery room, where a comfortable couch, warm tea and something sweet are waiting. You stay there for about 1.5 hours.
  • You receive a discharge card describing exactly what was done and all the aftercare instructions, written down day by day.
  • You also receive my private phone number. If anything worries you, call or write on WhatsApp.
  • We order a taxi and you go back to your hotel.

Recovery after Dual Harmony labiaplasty

  • Days 1 to 3: you stay in the hotel. You can walk and do light activities but you should not go out, except to the hotel restaurant. In an apartment, order meals with a delivery app.
  • Day 4: you may leave the hotel and travel home, or stay in Katowice for the one-week check-up.
  • After 7 days: you can return to office work. For physical work it is better to wait 10 days. You receive a certificate in English confirming the surgery and the time off.
  • After 10 to 14 days: long walks, upper-body training and most daily activities are fine.
  • Until 4 to 6 weeks: no intercourse, no lower-body training, no cycling, skiing, baths, swimming pools or jacuzzi.

Stitches

All stitches are dissolvable. Nothing needs to be removed.

Follow-up visits

One follow-up visit is needed: either after 7 days, if you stay in Katowice, or after 10 to 15 days if you go home earlier. An additional check-up 2 to 4 months after the procedure is welcome but not required. All follow-up visits are free of charge, and you can always reach me on WhatsApp.
