A 45-year-old cyclist from Warsaw before and after labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction - three photos taken in a standing position show the change.
This 45-year-old patient came to me from Warsaw with enlarged labia minora and an enlarged clitoral hood. She had given birth vaginally twice. The labia got in her way during everyday activities and sport - she cycled a lot, and after rides they were often badly swollen. She also described a feeling of vaginal looseness, although on examination she did not qualify for surgical vaginoplasty.
I performed a labiaplasty of the labia minora together with a reduction and transposition of the clitoral hood, using my Dual Harmony Labiaplasty technique. To address the looseness, I chose a minimally invasive tightening of the posterior vaginal wall with polylactic acid threads instead of surgery.
The three photographs, taken in a standing position, show the result clearly: the labia minora are now small and sit entirely behind the labia majora. When she rides her bike, the outer labia can do what they are meant to do and shield the inner ones. She also told me she noticed a marked improvement in the sensation of looseness.
You do not have to travel to Katowice for the first consultation. In most cases a short description of your concern and a few photos are enough for me to assess the situation, suggest the scope of the procedure and discuss the result you can expect.
